What we do
When an alternator or starter fails the battery usually cops it too, so we test the whole charging and starting system before recommending anything. Depending on the vehicle we'll give you the choice of a genuine replacement, a quality aftermarket unit, or a rebuild — whatever makes sense for your car and budget.

Do you come to me if my car won't start?
Yes. Our mobile service covers roughly 100 km around Ipswich. Call 07 3496 1612 and we'll arrange a time.
Should I rebuild or replace my alternator?
For common vehicles a new unit is usually the better value. For older, rare or heavy-duty vehicles a rebuild can be the smarter option. We'll quote both where it makes sense.
Do you fit stop-start batteries?
Yes. Stop-start and AGM batteries need the right type and, on many vehicles, the battery monitoring system needs to be reset after fitting — we do both.
